Return & Exchange Policy

At Arsa Fine Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a return or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged from our end during the shipping or manufacturing process

*Change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirements

* To process any return or exchange request, you must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package for the first time.

* The die should start before opening the outer packaging and should clearly show the products

* Without this video proof, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange request, as it helps us assess the real-time condition of the product.

3. Return Request Window

* Any return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

* Requests made after 48 hours will not be considered under any circumstances.

4. Process for Return & Exchange

* Record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.

* If the product is found damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with the unboxing video.

* Our team will review the request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

* Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund as applicable.

* ⁠ Exchange: INR 150

* Return & Refund: INR 100 to INR 150 (Conditions Apply)

* This fee covers restocking and reverse pickup costs.

5. Conditions for Acceptance

* The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

* The return request will only be considered if the unboxing video clearly shows the damage.

6. Non-Returnable Items

* Items damaged due to personal mishandling or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

* Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Refund & Exchange Timeline

* Once the return is approved, exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.

* Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
